#AskTheExpert my child is 2 years old and he's not able to speak clearly. speaking some words from rhymes. speaking only papa. he's able to understand everything and listening capability is also perfect. plz suggest me what to do

A. it is important to get the child evaluated for development DEVELOPMENT by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance acgcordingly for this matter to clear this...
