Q.

#AskTheExpert my child is 2 year 5 months old. she doesn't eat well.Also, nowadays she has developed a habit of not listening and crying when she doesn't get things she want. This is a age of learning so how should I make her learn good things and make her healthy.

A. Increase the intake of zinc Zinc helps in building appetite. Wheat bran, cashew nuts, and pumpkin seeds are good for improving the level of zinc in the body. Try incorporating these into your child's meals or snacks. Check with your child's doctor for zinc supplements as well.
