Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. this can be a symptom of teething makes baby cranky due to pain swelling and gum irritation. Can give a silicon or wooden teether or pacifier for ease irritation. clean and massage baby s gums by fingers.
give vit d 3 vita must d 3 or KLM D 3 or D SOL 800 I U 0. 5 ml or 400 I U 1 ml daily till 1 year for strong bones and teeth

It is advisable for you to get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Clarify your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
