#AskTheExpert my child is 1 month old. he wake up 8n the night and sleep in the day. how can I change this pattern.

A. for making the child sleep you can do the following things you can swaddle the child to make the child comfortable you can sing a song / lullaby you can use a cradle or swingc you can go for a car ride with the child keeping the child on your shoulder you can walk briskly you can keep tche child in between both the legs and gently swing the legs both sides. sleeping pattern gradually improves with increasing age of the child
