#AskTheExpert my child has a constipation since birth... He eats everything now... Proper blanaced diet still he has constipation... He cries so badly while doing potty and he runs during potty... Sometimes there is blood spot also.... I am really concerned about him... And he is a premature baby... What to do plz help

Less intake of water and fiber food is the reason for constipation. Increase the intake of water and fiber food like Papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia etc in ur baby's diet
Give half tsp of honey with warm water two times a day to get relief from constipation.
