#asktheexpert My child experience stomach ache after 3 to 4 hrs from poty time. What can be the reason? What food should I eat so as yo ensure weight gain in my child?

Hello mom Their could be some sort of infection please observe the stools if there is sour smell or if there is any worms been found it is quite common in all these age group apart from that just giving some lemon water or jeera or ajwain or saunf water can be given enough to balance his tummy
