#AskTheExpert My child eat too much sweet food. like Kheer, chapati with jaggery, Suji halwa and dates, all kinds of fruit and juice will it bother her in future?

A. Excessive sweet food can leads to obesity, dental carries, decrease immunity.. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.
