#asktheexpert my child doesn't eat much, isn't much hungry and very often eats very slow. she is 5 yrs old & is 17kgs

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom at times it would be good to do some trial and error methods and try out different type of recipes and also you may present the usual foods in different ways and forms as well to them .
Give them as much they can take don’t force otherwise they start to hate food . Make sure she is also involved in some form of physical activity as well as that would in way help in increasing their appetite
