Peanut butter, soy milk, tofu, nuts, legumes, soy yoghurt and seeds are also rich in proteins. Give a protein rich breakfast like Dal cheela, paneer parantha, parantha with curd or paneer sandwich. Give protein rich snacks like milkshakes, yoghurt, cheese, nuts or hummus. Offer protein rich desserts like milk pudding, lentil pancake etc.
