A. hi it happens because of dehydration , infection or when child feel stressed or anxious for something. please keep your child well hydrated if there is symptoms like fever, irritability, urine with fishy or foul smell , etc too then please visit your pediatrician. make sure your child feel safe and secured. don't force your child to use washroom ,make this transition stressless.
