Q.

#asktheexpert my child does not want to eat vegetables, chapati, dal chawal, I have to show lots of anger... I know it will harm him a lot but if he will not eat anything the entire day, how will he grow?

A. So you think if you show anger or you scream and shout at your child your child is going to eat maybe today you are going to do this on the child will eat because the child is scared but tomorrow when the child will get used to this behaviour the child will again not eat and then the child is going to get more stubborn and agitated with your behaviour so you need to control your temperament and I also understand your situation as a mother but this is not a solution to your problem you should figure out what is the problem with the child could be a nutritional deficiency it could be lower level of haemoglobin so first understand the problem don’t just react to it
