Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a propder diet with all the nutrition required for proper grofwth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

U Should teach your child to eat food properly try to do this thing share the same plate with your child one food you should eat and one bite your child should eat this week if you eat with your child from the same plate your child will learn to share and eat properly as well
