A. Cold is a viral disease that may occur with symptoms like sneezing, running nose, cough ,sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.at times it can be allergic too.it is lss likely to be related to food but seasonal changes may affect. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would help in relieving congestion n soothing the irritation in nose and throat . Medicines like maxtra/wikoryl /ascoril flu cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms but it will be better to take only under medical guidance.so please get examination and treatment done by your pediatrician it will be better.no self treatment should be done.for gastric trouble you can give collicaid/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1 to 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed due to acid reflux which can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.
