A. For gaining healthy weight, it is important to feed fresh, home cooked protein and vitamin rich foods. Keep him well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Engage him in physical activities like running, jumping, climbing, hanging, cycling and other outdoor games. Limit screen time.
