#asktheexpert...my ceaserian delivery happened on 18 Dec 2023.. after that I had flow for almost 1 and half month after that also spotting continued then on 23 Feb I had heavy bleeding for four days and stopped now again on 7 March I saw a spot and little flow have started is this a sign of any complication???

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is due to hormonal imbalances which is common after delivery. Periods get more than six months to regulate themselves. Please do atleast 30 mins walk daily. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for hormones and for overall health.
