Hello ma’am I would just like to tell you a lot of women face this problem and it is perfectly fine so you can have a lactation capsules fenugreek capsules are available in the market you can have them if they help you in increasing your breast feed then that’s good I am wise I would advise you to start giving formula feed to your child
