#asktheexpert My breast milk didn't come and I have to feed cow milk to my baby as he is not able to digest the formula milk. I just wanted to ask if the cow milk has enough water for the baby's growth?

A. hello. formula milk is mpre similar to breast milk but if your baby is able to digest cow milk, no sny abnormal sign or symptoms she have then you may give it
