A. hi mother's milk is best food for a child. so here I suggest some tips to increase your breastmilk supply ,hope it help: offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated. you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for it. stay stress free. although if it is not possible then you can opt for formula or external milk . you can offer amul Shakti milk only after consulting with your pediatrician.
