A. Hi, Since nipples are not soft, definitely it will heart a bit. Apply your breastmilk on those nipples. This will help you without harming the baby or your nipples. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month
