Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should bnj.e treated only after a proper examination by a doctor after the exact cause is diagnosed. As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syrup should be given only after a proper evaluation according to the type of cough self medication may not be so helpful so please consult your doctor once.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. home remedies are all good but it would take a longer time to recover. Babies cant bear for a long time. It's better to check with doctor once and you can treat with medicines and home remedies parallely, that will help on faster recovery for the baby.
