#asktheexpert my belly fat is not reducing at all...what diet should I maintain

A. Dear mum, belly fat reduction requires overall weight and fat loss. Exercise every day for 1 hour. Exercises like abdominal crunches, pelvic tilts help in toning the stomach muscles. Eat mindfully and avoid junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
