you can feed her variety of homecooked and avoid outside processed and packed food.
include whole grains, millets, dal, sprouts, pulses, banana, chikko, variety of fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, boiled potato, milk, milk shakes, paneer, panacke, chila, porridge, sheera, upma, nuts and dried fruits, egg, chicken fish if non-vegetarian, etc and use ghee in her meal preparations.
try to offer her some handy snacks inbetween after 2 hours.
follow good hygiene.
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
