#AskTheExpert my baby will be 7 months old in a few days. He eats only 2-3 spoons of apple Puree in the morning and some food in the same quantity in the evening. is that ok?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Don’t worry regularity matter and even if baby is taking few spoons it’s fine and you can increase frequency of feeding like give three to four small small meals instead of two bog meals
