Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. now you can start as Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk.
initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least three meals in a day

Babies don’t take sufficient means and these are the normal changes you will notice in babies behaviour. And if you are giving milk all the time then avoid doing it because it kills the hunger and also affects babies appetite. You should try to give light food so baby can accept it easily
