Hello ma’am In my advice it would be best to consult a nutritionist and get a diet plan done for your child which will have all the necessary supplements and nutrients with your body needs for a proper growth at this age and the doctor can advise you with all the male plans all the kind of nutrients your body needs and everything so consult your doctor ones
