Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. if the diaper is dry then it is not a problem but it is very important that in 24 hours the child should pass urine more than 7 times. and if the diaper is dry and is not causing any perianal rash then yes you can wait for 12 hours also
