A. If baby is active and healthy, there is no need to be worried about the weight. You can include fatty and protein rich foods in the diet for weight gain like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, rice water and 550 to 650 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
