Q.

#asktheexpert My baby was born prematurely and its weight was 2.35 kg. Now it is 3 and half month, weighs 4.1 kg. Is the weight gain good ?

A. Hai good morning !! Generally Babies gain 400-900 gm per month,by 5-6 months they double their birth weight. Here baby weight gain is good according to age and birth weight also no need to worry . Exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested until 5 complete months,from 6 month onwards start semi solid foods.
