ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist12 months agoA. Yes, absolutely you can give feeding in sleeping position. A few babies will have a tendency of getting ear infections after being fed in sleeping position so if the baby starts crying for no other reason , keep that in mind,
