Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. sleeping over the back is the best otherwise the baby can sleep sideways also and further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important
