Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. baby is having vomiting 63 days give domstal baby drops for now and regarding the symptoms you should get a proper physical examination done by your doctor and then only your doctor will give proper guidance regarding the complain so consult your doctor once thanks
