#asktheexpert my baby under eyes always remain blue and have swelling around eyes. She always rub her eyes . should I go to dr or is this normal

Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
