Q.

#asktheexpert my baby turned 18 months but still she has got just 3 teeths. no further tooth eruption. is it fine?

A. Hi It's normal condition as some children have late eruption of teeth. To facilitate eruption of other teeth just try to massage/ rub the area with clean finger and maintain proper oral hygiene for the erupted teeth to keep them cavity free.

A. hi usually babies get their first set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3 years. but better to visit your dentist or pediatrician for once. offer calcium rich food like ragi,nuts,dairy products etc more. provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene.
