ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi it's okay..kids sometimes show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth.. maintain a habit of checking for the signs of teething and gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear The first tooth usually erupts (come through the gums) between 5 to 7 months, although it can be as early as 3 months and as late as 15 months. At 11 months of age, you need not worry that your nephew has not cut any teeth.
