#asktheexpert my baby teeth grow only upper and lower central incisors..why is his other teeth delay in growing?does he lack anything?what could be the reason behind it?

A. hi well,it is natural process please don't get Panic for this babies can get their full set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3 years so just wait and watch give healthy calcium rich diet more maintain good hygiene
