Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper efvaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fevefr and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby two to three times indirect steam a d also apply Luke warm mustard oil on baby chest and back. Also give baby only doctor prescribed medication. Take care

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. baby suffering cold and cough, give steam inhalation to treat.. use Nasoclear saline nasal drops.. apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time.. use Babyhug cold rapid relief baby rub..
