Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it might happens of many reasons. so please check health issues like nutritional deficiency,worm infection , teething, dehydration or stomach problem like colic, constipation and indigestion. offer homemade healthy food. keep your child well hydrated provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
