In such case before giving bath you should start using coconut oil. And at the time of Bath don’t use body wash or soap for next few days. And you have to apply body lotion at least thrice a day. It will help to keep your baby’s skin healthy and moisturised. If you will continue doing this for next few days then dryness will get over by its own.
