#asktheexpert My baby's weight is below average and she dont eat properly. what to do...do I need to do any tests or it's just a phase of her life?

Q. Hello Doctor my daughter s 8 month old,her weight s 5.35 only. Born weight s 2.75,. 350gm is her average weight gain per month. Why s is it so? She s breastfeeding, started solids also having one meal, one or 2 fruits a day. She s not gaining weight. As far as I have noticed she poops often min 4 times a day, my concern s does she have any mal nutrition or low iron level? And one more thing I have noticed she never cry out of hunger, very poor appetite but very active kid. Pls let me know how to increase her appetite.
