#asktheexpert My baby's weight is as per the standard growth chart..I am exclusively breastfeeding him...he is 4 months old now...I want to make him look more chubbier..how can I do that?

A. Dear mum, as long as your baby is active, alert, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month, it indicates good health. Exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete is the most healthy way to gain weight. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
