A. Dear mum, weight of 5.9 kg is a normal weight for 5 months old baby. Baby’s weight also depends on the birth weight. Now that 5 months are complete, If your baby has doubled the birth weight and has been gaining at least 500 grams per month and is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, then it indicates good health.
