#asktheexpert my baby's stool very hard so he doesn't pass to stoll easily so please help

A. Hai good afternoon !! Include fibre foods - Fruits,veggies, cereals,grains,curd in regular diet ,enough water,fluids these foods increase bowel movements avoids hard stool constipation. Do tummy massage for instant relief - Massage with coconut or castor oil for 5 minutes in clockwise direction with finger tips.
