#asktheexpert my baby's is 1 month old and her stools are not solid. they are loose but not watery. she passes little stool everytime she farts. is this normal?

A. Hai good afternoon !! Yes new born babies pass loss motions small quantity 6-8 times a day ,after taking feed its normal. As their digestive system functioning is still developing they pass within hours of taking feed. Only concern if baby having loose watery motions more than 7-8 times a day,foul,frothy poop or any blood stains in poop.
