slowly introduce any food and check if any discomfort, allergy or intolerance.
gradually increase consistency and quantity of food as per baby's appetite.
you can make meal time enjoyable with talks, stories or toys. encourage to eat and praise after every feed.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours
follow good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
