#AskTheExpert My baby Rida,9 months old is not eating anything these days.. Earlier one time or the other she would eat properly but now she is mostly on milk.. Can you please suggest?? Is there anything I can do to increase her appetite plssss

please keep adding variation in your child diet.
prepare different food items with different taste and different texture.
for example ,
you can offer soft or liquid food like vegetables or fruit purees ,idli, etc
you can prepare crunchy food like multigrain dosa ,etc
offer food as per your child taste ,it may help.
