NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. hello now since the child as cold and is not keeping well it's appetitte can be reduced and breastfeed the baby or gve infant formula milk and once the baby feels better the baby will be able to take well and it is absolutely nothing to worry but keep baby well hydrated
