Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. ok cs. to improve proper immunity in the baby you had to give all the vaccines including optional one and give all seasonal fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals proper physical exercise

Constant cold could be due to 2 reasons either your child is having poor and weak community or your child could be having some allergic reaction so you need to be more sure about it kindly have an evaluation with your doctor and go for what they suggested to follow
