#AskTheExpert my baby keeps coughing three to 4 times in a day....it sounds like rattle..... please suggest something.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity. Try to prevent temperatture variations around the child You can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold Continue the regular diet of the child If there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor For fever and pain give paracetamol

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. dear mother it may be initial effect of the changing weather so there is nothing to get worried simply start giving indirect the steam while the child is sleeping steaming very effectively helps to get rid of any kind of congestion as a feeding mother you also need to take care of your health and diet
