#asktheexpert My baby is two and half year old haven’t teeth(only4 teeth on upper gum and 3 on lower gum), two year complete I stop breast feeding,any deficiency cause this?

A. your child should get all the 20 teeth by the age of three years the maximum you can wait is until then otherwise visit a dentist and get a proper examination done
