Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby is travelling from UK to India for the very first time. What precaution I should take to ensure chabge of water doesn't cause any infection to her?

A. keep her mask on here in India.. give your baby clean germ free water either by boiling the water or give RO water or use mineral water only . clean her hands kore often

A. Even if it is filtered water or RO or mineral water make sure to boil the water before feeding the baby. Also cloth the baby accordingly to avoid mosquito bites. you can also apply coconut oil on the exposed areas of the baby. The baby may have jet lag and there could be disruptions in the regular sleep and feeding schedule. Be prepared to handle it.
